Raspberry Popsicles with Champagne

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups raspberries
  • 1 tablespoon rose water
  • 1 cup fresh water
  • 1/3 cup agave honey
  • 1 bottle Champagne or sparkling white wine
  • 1/3 cup edible red rose petals

Preparation:

Blend raspberries with water, rose water and honey. Pour the preparation into popsicle molds. Insert the sticks and freeze for four hours or until firm. Place a popsicle in each cup. Serve the Champagne over them; decorate with raspberries and rose petals.
